Field Co-ordinators

A nationwide operation with an average of 500 active personnel each week needs a support network to keep everything running smoothly.

Our Field Co-ordinators do just that, in fact they are the 'eyes and ears' of our business! They carryout regular site visits to oversee each project, ensuring everything is going according to plan.

They provide support and advice to our Team Leaders, supplying a vital communication link between the field staff and the project manager.

Where appropriate, our field co-ordinators will also implement a structured training program to up skill staff ensuring their job satisfaction and progression and ultimately enhancing our customer proposition.

As you can imagine, both customer service and people management skills are needed in equal measure when our Field Co-ordinators visit one of our project sites, thankfully our co-ordinators have these in abundance.
