Our customer returns team operate an efficient reverse logistics service that enables companies to recapture the residual value of returned goods (the majority of which are often 'no fault found')
Unlike other reverse logistics companies this includes refurbishment through to ensuring that the final destination of goods is WEEE directive compliant. In addition, the pressure of continually tightened product margins demand the return of items as cost effectively as possible.
Our service is simple:
- All stores receive regular collections, releasing valuable storage space
- All items are identified by product scanned against the stores code and a debit number is raised, utilising the latest Hand-Held terminal technology, eradicating the potential for error.
- All items are given a unique barcode for tracking purposes relating to time, date, store code and debit number. This information is uploaded live using GPRS technology, giving you the ability to track progress at any time
