Our reverse logistics drivers return with mixed consignments of customer returns from various sources. If we simply returned them to you they could take up space in your warehouse and result in extra labour costs for sorting and processing. We remove this potential problem by using our dedicated facility for sorting and consolidating your goods into three categories:

• REDUCE     Pristine condition still boxed - for return to suppliers and resale
• REUSE        Used but repairable - is repaired or returned for repair
• RECYCLE    Irreparable scrap is disposed of in accordance with the WEEE Directive
