Merchandising initiatives for range review and field marketing activity often involve new POP equipment and POS placement to create eyecatching displays on the shop floor. We provide nationwide teams of merchandisers to implement.

- We match the equipment orders against store footages to make sure we have the correct quantities to merchandise and each store gets the right package.
- We coordinate the POP & POS with the merchandisers store schedules, ensuring the equipment is where they need it, when they need it.
- We centrally manage and distribute all the equipment, either via the merchandising teams or through our logistics partner.
- Our Support Centre acts as a contact point for stores to verify delivery and ensure equipment is made available to the merchandising teams.
